According to the Executive Yuan's 'Smart Nation Program (2021-2025),' the working goal is to implement the Digital Infrastructure subgroup's objective of 'comprehensively promoting the proliferation and application of ultra-high-speed, secure broadband services.' Collaborating with relevant ministries, the following six major strategic initiatives have been formulated: 'Accelerating 5G Broadband Infrastructure and Validation,' 'Enhancing Advanced Network Infrastructure,' 'Promoting B5G Satellite Communication,' 'Strengthening Network Cybersecurity,' 'Formulating Spectrum Policies,' and 'Advancing Convergence Regulations.' These initiatives aim to establish the foundation for innovative application services in our country.
Furthermore, by considering primary national information and communication policy and regulatory adjustments and collecting input from domestic industry, government, and academic sectors, we have developed specific recommendations to enhance the resilience of our digital infrastructure, promote industry development, and advance policy initiatives.
